Default Great day on the lake (pics)

Really had a good day on the lake today. The clouds and a little wind on a clear lake made for some good fishing. Ceb caught his limit by 11:00 am, I caught mine by 1:00 pm. We caught some good fish. Caught one that was 15.5 in. and weighed 2 lbs. 9 oz. Hey fishingpox, y'all made fun of my busch light can for a size comparison, so I changed. Hope you like it. Some pics from today.

Ceb with a couple of really nice crappie

My big one, I think it is a personal best.

Catch of the day with my size comparison.

    A bad day of fishing
beats a good day at work.

Thanks a million, Jerry. Hope to do it again next weekend. The in-laws are going to start wondering why I'm always there... Or I guess why I'm not there.:D

Hey Gooch, come on down, I think you'll like the fishing. Those deer will be there when you get back.

Jerry thanks for the offer but I saw a couple of good uns yesterday in the woods and they are going to have my attention untill Thanksgiving. I was beginning to think I lost my passion for deer hunting untill this weekend.

I will have to have you and CEB host me some weekend this winter............. After I get rid of this case of deer fever.

    Hey Jerry:

I like the 16-inch block - adds a nice touch! Very nice mess of good looking crappie!

Hey Jerry I would be glad to paint you up a "Action fishing Trips" block for your clients photos since you like his so much.

Smart arse aside that is a neat idea so we can really see the size of a fish.

    Hey Guys,
Great looking bunch of fish!! I really enjoyed meeting you fellas at Crappie Camp. Looks like you are getting off to a great start to the winter crappie season. Makes me hungry for some of that good fried crappie.
