    Default gold creek ramp

just heads up about work over at the bridge and debri in the water.i contacted matt and matt at the g&fish Monday morning about greg hitting his prop.they contacted the work crews and today they reached back out from the temporary dike to scrape up loose chunks.they should have got it all but are going to follow up with long boom. everyone should be fine it was 30'- 40' from side of ramp but I am still cautioning folks to not back up 30' towards that bridge.no one usually does ,it was a fluke, luck was not there .greg sorry about the trouble cause they had just pulled that dike back thurs and fri.also sorry I didn't call you back two guys broke the ice her at 1pm.surely you would have done better her than at beaverfork,by the way they love pink minnows there.
the ice here today was only 1/2 inch and thinner not bad but looked wicked after daylight odd angles and crystally looking layers.need to get back in my pictures, ill get a picture of a 2 3/4 lber I caught this past week with 11 other good fish.
didn't get to check with a couple boats but 2 I talked to caught 3 each but they were slabs.`
ill also tell you why I don't post much any more, for crowd control.you know word of mouth travels fast enough, and everybody knows how newbies want to come sit right by you learn what your doing, then they come back, don't work, and sittin on your hotspots consistently days and tell everyone about it.well ok ok cool cool cool, but just like the crowds too many people, tempers flaring and not enough fish being caught.too much disturbance and nobody catches fish.not too many people come back for steady business, not just 1 weekend busy then nothing.id rather be steady.i have mellowed I just sit back and watch
G&F will be in here to sonar under and around the bridge to make sure they got the depths.also ill pass n they are coming back in here for netting 150-200 crappie for in house spawning to and rereleased.also 150-200 redear for our nursery pond.i hope I explained that right or Matt can correct me please. I was just always complaining they would net them some wheres else on the lake but I was told they would all be brought back here.i hope so then that would be good.the creek and the pool somewhat hurting from the bridgework last season then more this season.
Matt you know where we saw that dike on this side of the creek.they said that's where there leaving it,got to be 20' further out in the water.do you have any scale or fancy google measurments to be able to tell?was that problem addressed? thanks dan.
