I've got the 4 gal and love it!! Got it at Ft. Thompson for 379.99 with rolling cart. This thing is a cooking machine!! One jug of clear cooking oil at Sam's will fill it up and only cost $21.Attachment 149132Attachment 149133

Nope! Just close the lid and wait till next time! I did get a cover for mine for a whopping 99 cents at the dollar store. I get 18 cooks on the oil before change. Just filter about every 5 or 6 cooks. I use automotive paint strainers to filter.Quote:
