    Default Lake Conway Today


    Fishing was really really slow today. Water was high and very muddy. Went to three different areas of the lake and only caught a couple crappie. Maybe by the weekend the fishing will get better.

    We currently have all flood gates open to evacuate excess water above 262.0 feet. I will be closing it down to five spillway gates sometime between tomorrow night or early Christmas morning when the lake gets back down to 262.3. After the water level stabilizes, the fishing should pick back up.
