I decided to hit the creek for a few hours before meeting up with Matt this afternoon help them with their nets. After busting ice all the way to the Pool, and purging water out of my two man boat, I was able to cross some slab eyes. The bite was slow but most were really nice fish. Caught em on the bottom in or near brush on a 1/8th oz chart head and a chart body. Hard fishing for sure.
