Another Lake X limit today.

Man it started slow but did get my first double on same Ozark rod fishing double Spankys right out of the box. Started at 11 am and got hung and broke off first thing, cold west wind , and with few bites questioned my sanity at first. It finally fired up later in the day and was able to cull out a limit mostly on purple/chartruse and green/chartruse Southern Pro Umbrella tubes. They were not all good fish as earlier out there last week. No photos but they're still outside in a couple 5 gallon buckets of water. Don't think they will spoil .
First one out unless someone came and left early. Then two more showed up and left, one of them spiderrigging minnows. Never saw either catch anything. Another boat with two guys fished had 13 when I left and were still fishing. CP and Bowhunter were there late too.

Ya nothing changed except Shad did not seem to move alot till afternoon late. Bite was really better after 3 pm.

I was there and gone before you showed up. The morning bite SUCKED!!! Wasnt about to sit around and freeze my cajones off for nothing. Two other boats launched when I did, and loaded up when I did....45 minutes later!! I'm glad yall caught some.
