Default Saw a Crappie.com sticker on a truck the other day

I was at the Walmart in Greenwood when I got a pleasant reminder via a sticker that I had not been here in a while. Just wanted to say hey to everyone and wish them good luck. I am nearing the end of a complete restore of my newly acquired crappie boat. It is a 198? something LineCraft that I traded a rifle for. every inch of wood in the boat was rotten, so a total restore was in need. The 96 25hp Johnson that was on it was worth the gun I traded so I was not too worried about the boat condition. I replaced every ounce of wood in the boat with foamcore so it will never rot again!!! I repainted the whole thing since paint is cheaper than gel, I have a terova to install and all LED lighting. All in all it will be a pretty cool little boat when it's done, but looking back I could have bought a nice flat bottom for what I have in this restore. But on the bright side, when it hits the water, it will be like a brand new boat.

Don't know about others here....but I'm sure they'll share in my request.

WE WANT PICS OF THAT RESTORE SIR!!!

Those are the best threads...right next to fish caught threads.
    Sooooo....how about a restoration thread.

I really like these small narrow boats for the economy and ease of use. It I a personal preference and I realize not all will see the value in restoring a boat of this nature. But, to me it is the perfect little afternoon quick trip fishing machine. I apologize that I have not taken pictures during the whole process, and I will be sure to take a lot of pictures when it is completed. But for now here I what I have. First pics are what it looked like when I brought it home. Saw a Crappie.com sticker on a truck the other day]
