I HATE Lake X!!!

Those that are catching fish are spending lots of time on the water and figuring out the fish for themselves............ that's kind of what fishing is about

The man who started the lake X "JOKE" will do everything but hold the pole for ya and has given more info on where to catch fish and how then anyone. There is no secret to where X is only that if you can find a spot where the crowds aren't and the fish are. I challenge anyone to fish the hot spots right now on X and battle the crowds and then find fish where the crowds aren't and see how forth coming you are with your spot. IT WAS A JOKE!!!!!!! and still is. :cheers2

You are very right...even though I did respond...more joking around than anything though. :biggrin I've always got a kick out of places people try to keep secret and the lengths they go. This is not the case here...I just see jealousy stealing anothers joy. Heck I get alot of joy seeing the fish posted those guys pull in.

Now just like CMJ said...he was doing it out of respect of someone else...I have done that on many occasions, but have no problem spreading the wealth of free information that does not step on anothers toes. Thats one reason the Arkansas forum is one of the top viewed state forums...because we do share so much information...AND respect for one another.

Well it never fails. Every single time I decide to start posting reports again after one of these tirades, I am quickly reminded why I stopped the last time. It is ridiculous to get mad at somebody for not posting the exact location of their recent catch. Everyone involved In the Lake X deal has done that in the past and regretted it. I have posted location, depth, Color, speed, even posted google pics with the spots pinned. And guess what? People cried about that too. I don't get it. :dono I have a limit in my livewell right now. When I get home, I will post pics, as well as a full report on depth and color. Heck, ill even post gps coordinates. And guess what? Most of the people that use them ain't gonna catch jack!! Nope....they'll just try to catch them out of my livewell the next time they see me sitting on that spot. Not to worry though, it will be the last fishing report that I post.

That's ok CMJ....I secretly planted a gps transmitter in your boat 3 weeks ago...and a video cam that shoots thru your hull....I plan on providing all of the information from your last weeks fishing trips on Channel 4 tomorrow night a 6 pm. It will be one of those investigative type reports where they asked have you seen this criminal type element on your lake and if so please report him to the local law enforcement personnel......he is armed and dangerous.......His shirt will have a picture of a crappie on the front and lettering on the back that says.....Crappie Club you can't join!

Guys, I started this thread as a " tongue in cheek" I REALLY APPRECIATE EVERYONE ON THIS SITE! I did in no way try to start anything. As I posted originally The fish are ALWAYS biting if YOU figure them out. Ive had MANY times that Ive told folks exactly where to go and how to fish it but they fail to make the proper adjustments for THAT day and they catch nothing. I hope everyone continues to help each other and sorry if this post ruffled any feathers.

Just my 2 cents....... I know Cj and call him a very good friend. I also know he help anyone that ask him. But I know he and other put there time in on the water and come up with fish most of every time out. Who fault is that if I go out and not catch fish with out putting in my homework. I don't think fish 1 day every week or so is doing my homework. Now I don't think this site is doing my homework, but it dose help in understanding what going on. I never had a teacher to teach me about fishing. My dad fish but I never fish with him after I became a teenager now ,he gone and I don't have anyone other than the ones that has spent some time with me in the last 2 years. I say thank you to those who have and will to come. I think this site is about showing pictures,and give us some understanding on how they caught them. But I'm not to sure it about pin spotting the tree to fish.
Now i'm sure most going to ask :dono what you say again. But some time my mine and typing don't match up:biggrin I live with it and work with it.
