what do you got and what do you want for it??? I am needing one for my new boat I bought.

Hey Wing. It's a Motor Guide 46lb thrust, five speed, foot control, bow mount gator flex mount. I put a weighted plate on the bottom of the foot control. It's $400 worth of trolling motor. I bought it with my new boat back in March and have used it three times. The reason I'm selling it is that it just doesn't work well with my boat layout. It's a case of not thinking things through very well.

So, it's like new. I'm asking $275. It's a great deal. I just need to move it so I can try a different set up.

I'm looking for a Minn Kota Maxxum 70 or 80 bow mount, hand control with 3X steering. If anyone knows where I can get a really good deal on a new one or a used one still under warranty, I'm interested. Minn Kota still makes the Maxxums but discontinued making them with 3X except in their Rip Tide saltwater line.

Hey J, one thing that I know helps is some pics to go along with the post (especially showing the excellent condition to go with that low price). I guess the only bad thing about the Classifieds section is that you might be forced to go thru the hassle of shipping it. But I really think that a pic or two would really help sell it.

Also, what's the shaft length on it?

Chris - not sure how you measure the shaft and the manual does say. The model number is FW/FB 46. From the top of the motor housing to the bottom of the lower unit is approx. 42 inches. From the bottom of the motor housing to the bottom of the lower unit is 38...so I'm assuming it's a 42 or a 38 inch shaft. You've seen my boat. It worked great, it's just the foot control is not compatiable with the layout of the boat.

I'll try to figure a photo out. Again, I've used it three times. It's like new. Comes with the Gatorflex bow mount.
