    Duck breast wrapped in bacon, smoked for awhile and seared... Covers in orange marmilade/real butter mixture

    Had fresh back strap for lunch, but gotta say it just don't get no better 'n that, hawg'! Had this exact thought watchin' specklebellies rain in all weekend. Won't be long!

    Boy u aint right... U will have to fight the wife! Believe it or not, but duck made this way is actually her favorite wild game meal!! Maybe i can do some at spring camp
