Mike, I just checked the wire in my boat and it is #8.

Good luck with the TM search.

Called wareagle yesterday to find out what size was in mine. They said 1/8 gauge. I'm thinking to myself what is 1/8 gauge so when I got home I checked it was #10. So I'm going to replace it with #6. Think I found a motor as well.

Drove down to Shreveport and pi ked one up. Ive got the wire installed, transducer mounted and glued, all i have left is replacing the tm plug. If you ever want a challenge run 2- 10g wires, 2 small wires livewell, and 2-#6 wires through the wire channel on a wareagle.

I had it pretty easy because I moved my trolling motor battery and front sonar battery to the front compartment! Just a short run and didn't have to go down the trac!
