Mostly in Canola oil with LoiSANNA Fish fry, or on the Barbi every now and then. My wife has taken over most the crappie cooking from me nowadays. She is like that... I start cook something good... and she takes over and starts cooking it better of course. I'm not complaining tho. LOL
