Simply cut the fillet off as you normally would except we leave the skin and scales on. Cook or bake with your favorite seasoning and use a fork and simply eat the meat like you would be eating a baked. We leave the ribs in. Used cajun seasoning yesterday.

Ya'll must've been on the ocean. You can just barely see the other side. I didn't even know there were crappie in the ocean. Good job on the catching and the cooking.
