Two Weeks at Lake Charles

Fly rod with a popping bug would work good on those bream. I've done good there in the past that way.

I actually caught bream and crappie on my fly rod while we were camping. They were mostly on a sinkng fly with an indicator though.

Headed there on Thursday. I hope I can find some bigger fish, I usually only catch small fish there and swear I will never go back.

Don't know if they will still be there, but they were in the shallows on the sides and backs of coves. Caught a decent one from time to time, but not many.
