Default my home made ram mount

I am waiting for the UPS guy to show up with my 998 hd si. I was wishing I had a ram mount to go with it but man, another 90 bucks?? So I had a brainstorm and ran down to Ace hardware and bought a few things to make one. Total cost is $12.00. It included two gadgets that is for mounting a handrail to a wall and a 1 1/2" x 6 inch black pipe nipple. A can of black paint and a few screws. Turned out pretty darn good I think. It can swivel and adjust up and down. Guaranteed not to break or bend. Now if that darn UPS guy will get here before my wife gets home .(she don't know I ordered it yet). She will never notice it on my boat.

If she sees it, just say it's a little TV and it came from Walmart. I really like the side imaging. It has changed the way I fish. Good job on the mount.

Merry Christmas to me. Really, my screen is too small to read, but it sounds cool to say I have SI.
