Great day on Lake Dardanelle!!
Dad and I had a great morning today fishing lake Dardanelle!!
we fished In 8-12 ft of water 6-8 ft deep using pink 1/8 Rockport Rattler jig heads with lake fork baby shad chart/glow tipped with a minnow we also used double minnow rigs and fished brush piles very slow but when you found a active pile you would really whack em!! We fished from 7-11am and used a full pound of minnows so we had to pack up and go home we tried straight jigs tipped with a nibble but no luck so we gave it up! If the bite stays like this until after Saturday we should have a great weigh in for the CACA tourney on Saturday!!!
