Well I've not been able to prove a full moon all out bream bite yet but so many folks talk about it. I know last year I was on Hamelton hot and heavy during that period and never found em but than again that was Hamelton while my buddy was on Gillham and seems he did find em good. I've tried Gillham during full moon before without success but I'm still thinking there's a possibility that ol moon puts on beds. It's a major bass tournament weekend this weekend here or I'd be doing some bassin at night with that there moon, well that and a falling lake due to recent rains.
A lotta times I've managed to find bream bedded but few times have I found those redears which are bigger and I think taste better or to find the bigger size on the breams.

What's the CRAPPIE pattern on Conway this time of year Russ? Dad and I are looking to give em a try in the next week or two when he gets his flatbottom out of the shop. May try the bream too although I don't like catching fish unless they are big enough to filet :)

Mitch it has been slow for me on Conway. I can catch 10-20 a trip but I haft to work for them. I have been verticle jigging Live cypress tress and lots of them just off the bottom in 5-7 feet deep.

That movie is unbelievable, one of a kind... and the true meaning of what a human being can do with his or her life if he or she has the will power. I hope some of the members who have not watched will watch it. A great True Story!!!
