Electric knife blades

I have an old set in the same case with the new set of blades. I found out today, that one set of blades is slightly more narrow than the other. If they get mismatched, you ain't gonna do much filleting very fast.

I can pay someone to clean their fish. It's kinda like therapy, only cheaper than a psychiatrist. The buzz of the knife and the flash of the blades is so hypnotic, I occasionally throw a fillet in the gut pile or vice versa. Soothing I'm telling you. (unless your blades are mismatched)
