    Sometimes you have to fry them whole but they still taste just like fish.

    Fillet that bad boy, soak the fillet in lemon juice for a few hours, roll it in a little flour seasoned with lemon & Pepper, and pan sear it in olive oil, about 4 minutes on each side. Lip smacking good!
