We didn't "limit out" like some folks today, but we had fun and we caught a few fish. It's been a long time coming.

It's funny that when there are only 8 trucks in the parking lot, someone is on EVERY one "your holes". Finally found them late afternoon in one bush. Looked like all the other bushes!!! But they were packed in there like crazy.....it was like a Mexican Apartment. We ran out of bait, time, energy, and interest, and came home with a few.



No monsters, this was the big fish of the day:



I sure do love lakes that have their own cleaning stations so we can come home with filets instead of stinky fish guts!!

Buy some MEATGETTER's jigs and/or Southern Pro Umbrella tubes . Then you won't have problems running out of bait. Looks like you and your buddies caught plenty for supper. Real glad your luck has changed.
