    Default Straight Blade Fillet Knife

I thought that there was a post on here about straight blade fillet knives. I can't find it and can't find any good info with the search button. What do yall use? I was looking at the 9" dexter sani-safe.

    Dexter-Russell, Inc.

All I can find locally is Berkeley, rapala,etc... they all look like junk because china is stamped "china".

I have to put my vote in for the cabelas advanced angler fillet knife. not the best for larger fish but does great for crappie. after you see the youtube video "crappie fillet faster than most" youll want one too. Its a stiffer knife and much heavier than the berkleys and is inexpensive. i use it and i got through the ribs and all. i love it. for 15 bucks you cant beat it
