There are several minnow farms in the Lonoke/Carlsise/DeValls Bluff area. There are some smaller farms up near Jonsboro and Harrisburg area, or Paragould.

Looks like I'll make a trip to DeValls Bluff area monday.
Can you give me some good directions to the farm from I-40?

Saul"s fish farm is north of Hazen on hwy 11. Take Hazen exit off I40 and go north about 4 miles. Anderson's is east of Lonoke on hwy 70. Anderson's is open 7 days a week and someone is there until about 8 pm but you must have cash and the right amount after the office closes (maybe 5 pm or so).

My map shows some square ponds west of Forrest City at Redfern. That's the closest, I'll try first.
A fish farm on the west side of Wheatley. Try second.
Minnow ponds south of Brinkley, hwy 70 and 49. Try third.
A lot of minnow ponds south and west of De Valls Bluff. That's as far as I'll drive.

Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The sheep live in fear of the wolf but in the end it's the shepherd that eats them.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes click when it is supposed to go bang and

Sauls Minnow Farm in DeValls Bluff also. Take exit 202, go south to US Hwy 70. Go west thru town. Minnow sheds on the left. Can't miss it.
