I have not heard of any other crappie guides on Beaver lake. If you have a boat, go to the rivers and fish shallow right now

Thanks. I do have a boat but i was wanting to take my dad who is 62 and not an avid fisherman. I didnt want to have to worry about making sure i put us on fish. I just wanted him to relax have fun and reel em in

It certainly does not have to be at beaver lake. But does have to be in nwa. We live in fayetteville.
I would make the hour and a half drive to Dardanelle if possible where the are several guides to choose from and fish one of the top 10 crappie lakes in America. Catch a bunch over 1.5 lbs and some 2 lbs. Beaver is my home lake but there is no comparison in the quality of the crappie fishing.
I recommend Don Blakley aka Conway on the forums. I went with him on Dardanelle and we caught 40 crappie by noon and didn't keep any under 10 1/2 inches! Check out some of his post on here he can flat find the fish!
