IMPORTANT CAMP INFO/Please READ...

Ok guys next Friday at 2 PM I need everybody to bring your Food and Supply's for the meet and greet cook out to the PicNic Pavillion. Please dont make me haft to track you down or ill haft to send my Angels after Ya...And that wont be good. Dinner will start at around 4-5 PM

On Sat I need every body to bring your food and supplys to the PicNic Pavillion between 3:30-4:00 PM so the cooks and my angels can start preparing for the Fish Fry. Guys I wont have time to track you down soo please make sure this gets done to keep things running smoothly. Dinner will start at 5-6 PM

At the Cook Outs my angels will be acting as servers on your first pass (except for fish on Sat). This is to portion out the food and make sure everybody gets something to eat and we dont run out of stuff. At past camps it seems that we always run out of something before every body gets fed. I dont want that to happen this time. After everybody has went threw we will open the line for whoever wants seconds.

Make sure you get your name tags on so we know you are a member or guest of a member as you come through the serving line.

We will also Collect all donations from sponsors/Donations at the Camp after dinner on Friday evening after dinner as well as go over a few simple rules for the Tourney.

Myself, Jason Westerburg, and MidsouthMan, will be handeling the Wiegh in...Please make sure you form a line with your big fish, and dont every body clutter around the wiegh in stand. If you are leading the big fish tourney I need you to be in the area and in the hot seat towards the end of the wiegh Ins. In the event of a tie who ever wieghed thier fish in first will be declared the winner.

I will have a PA sytem there at the camp so I dont lose my voice yelling at you all. HAHA

The plan for the weigh in is to start around 230pm Saturday and we will weigh the teams that fish the CACA benefit tournament first and then weigh all the people that enter to fish the camps big fish tourney. CACA will not do a big fish contest we will only do our 7 biggest fish.

Crappie pro I can not be there Friday afternoon until around 5-6 I can not get off work that day!
