Those are sweet Russ. They do make some nice poles.

BNM makes a great product. I did support them again this past week and purchased 3 bgjp163n poles and mated them with Abu Garcia reels with the flippin switch to assist with landing fish on a long pole and short line. I have used them one time and they worked very well.

That ain't snot on those handles.

All my poles are B&M's, those purple rods, not the new versions but the purple ones are feather light with a soft tip yet lots of backbone at the same time. Don't get me wrong the new rods feel good too but something about the older versions. I like to use those small pflueger spinning reels with 6LB cajun red line. Now those small reels are only rated for 4LB line but I've found you can run the 6LB line on them just fine. $50-$60 bucks in the rod and $29 in the reel so for less than $100 you got a complete setup that crappie fear!

I just bought the Sam Heaton super sensitive and it seems like a nice rod.
