    Default Rain gear

Most of the time I rinse my rain suit with water and hang it to dry. With all the fish slim I need to wash it. What so you guys wash your suits in is there a product that helps restore the water proof?

I just hang mine outside in more rain, or let the sun dry the slime and knock it off with a broom.

I hope to not be using it but it is nice when you have to. I have heard bad things about the Bone Dry suits but I like mine. It will keep you dry. After 8 hours of rain my butt gets damp from sitting in a seat full of water.

I used to have a Bone Dry suit. It would keep me dry for awhile but water would eventually soak through if I was out in the rain for long periods of time.
Camp dry water repellent will help.

Billy i wash mine as usual but air dry. The heat from the dryer breaks down the waterproofing material.

Nikwax or Revivex wash in water repellant is the only way to go, you just add it to you washing machine and wash your rain gear. Follow the directions on the product and it works extremely well. These two products are the only ones I will put on my bass pro shop 100 mph rain gear.
