I've seen that same pattern on a backwater of the river where there is an island just upstream from where Fouche comes in . On the backside (side away from current) The bottom there shows that same rippled edge.
I ve also seen that in rough water when the boat is rocking side to side
I aint no guru anything...but I guess (because I cant read depth) a concrete boat ramp...

I have seen the same rippled bottom in the St Francis river as well, but this was a boat passing us in the lake. Good job on interpreting.
