Anybody know about the two ponds that connect by on the right side of hwy 67 if your goin south. I always see people unloading a boat or two there.

Probably borrow pits from the hwy construction. There's one south of Newport and one at Bradford.

About 10 miles south of Newport is Hour-Glass Lake, I think that is the one you are talking about, on the west side of 67

Yea I saw 2 boats on them right before the hwy14 exit...if that's the 2 your talking about

I fish it 3 to 6 times a year,like most lakes its got bream,bass,crappie and cat in it.

There's those 2 and there's another one on the east side of 67 at the Bradford exit. Never fished either, but I go by both of them on my way to Greers. I always see folks fishing in them.
