We didn't stay for the final count Jerry but you and BRM did much better than most from the looks of things. Lots and lots of boats didn't even catch a fish. We lost a couple of good ones and the two fish we did get in the boat weren't gonna put us anywhere so we didn't even weigh in. Those were definitely some very tuff conditions with a bite that just didn't go for mine and David's style of fishing.....but that's how it goes when your fishing. Figuring out the bite ain't ever even close to being an exact science unless they are jumping in the boat, LOL. It was a bite that was 180 degrees different from two weeks ago and much different than even a week ago. They liked the minners yesterday (the Minner Critters kicked butt!) and you had to be in the fish and sitting still or drifting verrrrrry slloooowww and shallow. They were so shallow that even the sound of the trolling motor would spook 'em. Still....had a great time and learned a lot from some great fishermen (which is what tourny fishing is Really all about) and looking forward to the next one!
