Here is a picture I got a hold of from around 1938-1940. This was before there was such a thing as Greers Ferry Lake. These fish were caught around the Searcy area. RCC and MG would probably remember these times.I think I counted around 52.

Yep sonny, that was back in the good ole days. We uz jus gettin ready to have a big bass bar-b-q and dragged out ole spanky. Ole spanky wuz jus a little pup back then, but did purty good anyways. Nowadays, Obamie got us beat down with limits and such. Back then a limit was all you could carry back to the truck plus 1 fish.
By the way sonny, ya shoulda posted this up in the moderated furum. Better late than never ya know.
