I believe the law states yoyo's must not be left unattended during daylight hours...
If they are, IMO, they need to go! And if someone wants to start "chanting", he is prolly gona end up needing dental work at the least! Invade my space "Step in my boat" Mr. Glock might start "chanting". These days think before your emotions think for you..

Now, if a man cuts them and replaces them with his... He is just asking for it!

There are laws for those things, and I think that they are appropriate and effective.......when enforced. Problem is, the laws make for a lot of extra work, and the lack of enforcement of those laws tempts people to just hang them and leave them. I run yo-yos from time to time, and I do it legally. So when I pull up on a tree that is infested with old limb-lines, or have to spend 30 minutes untangling my trolling lines from an old trot line with rusted hooks, you better believe they are getting cut. Now, I have never cut or taken a yo-yo, and would be hot if someone took one of mine while I was using it. I would like to see better enforcement of the limit laws, as well as the yo-yo and limb line laws. I would even be willing to help out with a clean-up if I knew that it was going to be controlled in the future.

amen, most of the docks are an eye sore and just plain junk and cant even be used.

There are a lot of bold folks out there today with complete dosregard for the law and its almost a necessity to have a gun to get your point across. Someone tried to step into my boat unwelcomed once and all I had to do was pull the slide back and he got out of my boat quick. JPJ I wasnt trying to say you were wrong man cause I've cut down my fair share or found they had no names, address, and repoed them. I just wanted to mention the folks that do stuff just to spite folks and be an arse. Just make sure you have your concealed carry or game wardens gonna empty your pocketbook for having a gun in the boat not in transport for hunting purposes.

Its a hard sell asking landowners to up keep docks and boathouses when many can't hardly enjoy them.
It sure would nice to see the pool level raised a bit. I've been here since 1990 and notice a drastic lowering.

You might want to double check me but it is my understanding that even someone with a concealed license cannot carry on Army Corp of Engineers land or property. So that includes the water they have as well. I was told in my concealed class that it is illegal to carry in a boat on Corp waters. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
