Man we tore them up today I think it's on right now!!!
IN this cold of weather??? I've never caught em this time of the year. I bet outa this cold water they are even better to eat if that's possible. Were they deep or what?

Yeah I almost said the same thing, those looked like plain old bream which are still good but most of the time they don't get as big as the true red ears....those darn things get almost as big as slab crappie's!!!

The term "Bream" covers what...? 40 species of fish?
You have your Bluegills and your Red Ears that are typically targeted.
Both are by far one of the best tasting fish you can put on the table.
