Default Meatgetter jigs from my point of view.

Over the years, I have tried to make a point of using products from the forum sponsers and those that have sponsored the Arkansas camps. A couple weeks ago I laid out some jigs on a piece of paper just as a fun type of jig ID contest and a post was made that there were no Meatgetter jigs layed out. I had actually just grabbed a handful that I had purchased recently and used them for the contest, but it hit home that the only Meatgetter jig I had ever used was a giveaway at the first camp I ever attended. I decided at that point to buy some. From others fishing reports, I knew they would be an awesome weapon to have in the bag.

I didn't have a catalog and didn't know how to order, so I did a forum search of what Jig numbers people were using. I then PMd Meatgetter and let him know the numbers I wanted. I also said "send me a dozen critters of your choice of colors" and this is where the story get's crazy.

Meatgetter pm's me back and says here is the price, you can send the payment by paypal. When I saw the price, (even though I had no clue what the jigs cost not having a price list), I knew right away what had happened. Meatgetter had just priced the jigs and the critters had slipped through the cracks. No problem I thought, I'll just order the critters later.

I received the order today, which was very quick shipping. I opened the package and there were these awesome looking jigs that I had ordered and also the CRITTERS! I immediatley pm'd Meatgetter and notified him that he had not charged me for the critters. After this pm, I found the invoice. Yes, I had been billed for what I had asked for and the order had been filled PERFECTLY with no mistakes.

I'm going to make this long story just a bit longer by first saying I ain't the best fisherman and I will never catch the most or the biggest fish, so I'll leave those Meatgetter reviews to someone else. What I do know is a bargain when I see one, and these jigs are a bargain for hand ties. I expected to pay at least a third more than what I did. Even though the order process is not completely clear, the transaction was easy just through a couple pms on this site. I was also very impressed by Jerrys selection of critters for me.

Thanks for the great product, service, and especially the great bargain.

Please don't use Spanky on Nimrod Lake, it works too good. Jerry and Debbie make a great product.

They are great people to work with and make some of the best hand tie jigs in the market
All men are created equal, some work harder in the preseason.
