Attachment 114919Attachment 114920 This is what I built for my 17x54 for spider riggin. Not exactly over the front but it works! I wanted where I can remove easily with two screws. I was going to do what RCC did, but found that it was too far from the seats too reach. Hope this helps.
Those look good and are alot cheaper than the ones I had a guy machine and weld for me.

RCC: What are those mounts for?
Mine are for a couple of driftmaster rod holders. The 2 in the brown paint I mailed of to some Mississippie hand that when I asked him what he was gonna use them for, said "If I tell you I'll have to kill you":biggrin . All I know is they are going on a Wareagle 754. (to be honest, I assume he is gonna put rod holders, but I don't know. He may be using them for duck blind brackets. He said just to leave them long)Quote:

When mounted are the rod holders inside your boat and out of the way when not in use.

The ones on the side are out of the way, but when I spider rig, I run 4 or 5 rods straight out the front and the t-bar on the front is always in the way. I'll find a pic of the rig and put it up.Quote:
