Anyone fished bear creek in eastern arkansas. Lake looks big on the map but i was told by a buddy that before the strom came in the other night that they were catching some nice crappie trolling in about 20 foot of water. Never fished it was just rolling the idea around about driving down and giving it a shot. Thanks john

Yes I've fished it. Their are done big crappie in there too. It has a 10 hp limit and you have to have your big motor disabled if its larger. They want you to remove the prop or spark plugs.
Wow just to fish!!

Yeah kind of makes it a hassle. I hardly fished it out of my bass boat but I bought a 14 ft Jon boat and 7.5 horse mercury just for bear creek and some of the smaller lakes. Just got to get it set up.
Only been there once, only caught small ones , dono!!
You can take the boy out of the country but you can't take country out of the boy
