I can tell you that there were zero vehicles between the store at the curve and the spillway. No one was fishing at the spillway. There were 2 trucks with boat trailers at the ramp, but surely they are catching catfish. I walked down to the waters edge and wrote my name in the muddy water!!

Really, the water is muddy at the ramp and stays that way to about the spillway. Not much better, but some, on towards the store at the curve. That was Sunday afternoon when I came through there. I'm sure the fish are bitin in that muddy water but I sure hate to fish it when it's that muddy.

I figured water is muddy. Gotta fish the stuff slow or with yoyo's. However, about time for that lake to turn on. You men don't like Lurker's?

Yeah the water was muddy down there Sunday. Not many people out at all. Saw maybe 2 boats on the lake and 1 car at the spillway. We were catching them before all the rain but haven't tried them since. Not sure when ill be back down that way but ill shoot you a pm and let you know how it goes.

Bout this time last year you had to fight off the 1-2# catfish! We barley caught any crappie but it was fun!

Why do you think that lake hardly produces a 3 lb. cat, pressure? I've caught some pretty nice blacknose crappie there.
