I installed 2ft x2 ft commercial modular tile carpet in my G3. Very durable and reduces noise up to 40 % compared to a hard surface option. The carpet backing is a flexible PVC and handles water and the outdoor elements very well. 3 years and looks as good as the day I installed it.

Not cheap, but a good solution. Send me a message if anyone would like additional information

Thanks Dennis. Will he sell to anyone? I want to put this in my war eagle. But I don't want to bother him if he only sells to dealers?

I have the grey indoor/outdoor carpet from homedepot they have the glue there also. Mines 3 years old and looks like new. It's will withstand alumibright and a pressure washer that's how I clean my boat makes that aluminum pop and cleans the carpet. Feels good to bare feet and very quiet when you drop something.
