Most any dark color with chartruse. I also favor a (larger) bulkier bait in colored water to make the fish notice them easier. The Southern Pro Umbrella does just that.

I buy a lot of jig heads from light wire hooker, a forum member.

My usual jigs are the black/chart, blue/chart, pumpkin seed/chart, and I even catch a few on blue/white. I'm partial to the Lil Hustler 1 1/2 jigs.
