Larry I wont be down in time to stalk Thursday but plan on a Stalk Friday night. We would love to have a cajun join the crew for a evening on the water. I dont know how much fishing you will learn from us but you will eat well and be comfortable.Quote:

We'll be around - fishing this morning and then setting up camp. We'll have some signs up. Just bring your favorite camping and "goes good with fish" food and you'll be good to go. There are stores nearby if we come up short on anything. The marina has ice.
The rain is moving out and other than some wind on Friday the weather should be great for the next few days - just about perfect for camping and crappie fishing.
Speckchaser (on the left) and a couple of his fishing buddies fished with me Tuesday and caught this mess of fish:

I do not know if we are going to make crappie camp:mad: . My parents came up for my birthday from Naples, Florida (I had no idea). They are leaving on Saturday so we may or may not swing by. Man, you guys had a good morning. Great catch. Looks like the bigger fish are moving up. This weekend ought to be perfect. Take care!!!!

Maybe you can slip over Sunday. We'll probably fry up another mess of fish Sunday evening and eat leftovers from Saturday night.
They changed the forecast on us - now we're supposed to get some rough weather tonight - guess this warm, wet low pressure system didn't move out as fast as they thought it would and now a cold front from the Rockies is going to run into it. Could be some rocking and rolling tonight - glad I'm back at the house. :)

FYI.. Jenna got to come home from Childrens hospital this evening. I am still out for CC this weekend, however I will be thinking about the fun and fellowship you guys will be having. I couldn't be happier at this moment. Just hope we don't have any further complications. I want to thank EVERYONE for their thoughts and prayers. Hopefully, we are out of the woods from here on out.
