It won't make much difference I don't think. I'm definitely not an expert on Jack Plates. I'll find out tho, and if it makes a big difference, I'll change her out. Lol

Be sure and add some "oh chit" hand rails..cause, it looks like you may need them! Mighty good looking rig...makes my nose bleed just thinking about a quick trip across lake conway...lol
Ouch, Lake Conway ain't fer speed, unless you have a pit crew with lots of lower units. Lol
