    Well, i scrapped the traditional Thanksgiving deer hunt so i could take my boy squirrel hunting.

    I loved squirrel hunting as a kid. Still have memories of Dad & I out together.

    great picture. what's he shootin' cj? i know you will hear a lot of no's but if you can find a good one you can 't beat a .28 ga for squirrels and lots of other game too. and shells are not that hard to find. back in the lead days my sons killed ducks and even geese with the little .28.

    He's shootin an old 4-10 over/under. It works pretty good up close, but sometimes i gotta give em' the coup de grace with my 12 guage, that stops em' cold!

    i have a 410/.22 also but never hunted with it. didn't know till the other day they are still making them. when i was little/young i hunted with a .410 that only shot the little 2 1/2 inch shells and killed a ton with that gun. but back then i could slip up close on them.
