I jut found this site a couple of weeks ago and have been reading a lot. Decided I needed to join so I could ask dumb questions. Has anyone fished the Little Red between the dams at Searcy. A friend and I used to catch nice crappie and channel cats on yo-yos and trotlines but we have never had any luck on poles. It's hard to fish because of the current, but does anybody know to fish it? Also, Great website! grizz

Welcome aboard, grizzly! I don't know the Little Red, but somebody else here might.

    Default stocking info

Back in the early spring Game & Fish stocked crappie, channel cats, trout in this partof the river. I don't have any amounts but I know they are there. Also put 20,000 walleye fingerlings in. Ought to be good in a few years. Grizzly
