How did your day start?
One of my crews had this mess to clean up this morning. We don't know if he was trying to jump for it, or simply ran off of the dock. He could have been in there a couple of days. So, what a waste of a nice 6 pointer. He landed on his head so even the rack was ruined.

You are looking in a barge on a dock at the River Port. Those are coils of steel around the deer. He fell about 25' and landed on his head.

Poor Deer, atleast he did not get shot.My hunt was messed up Saturday. I hunted a permit hunt where you had to kill and check a doe before you got a Buck tag. The antler restrictions were tough enough. Well right off the bat less than 100 yards I see 3 bucks with one real wall hanger and I HAD NOT KILLED MY DOE YET!

These particular coils came from Germany. We handel them from S Korea, India, Brazil, and domestically too. They are brought to New Orleans via ship and transfered to barge. We handel them for a local customer that converts them to pipe; like the Keystone project I am sure you hear so much about from our politicians. Thanks for asking.

We haven't loaded grain on this side of the river in quite a few years. But, those were the days!! The cat fish would spew rice out of every oriface when caught.
