Fished from 3 till dark yesterday and only managed 3 keepers. The good news is there were some nice wads of shad from the bridge to the lake so its getting close. Oh yea and one green carp!!

Good luck, It's already pretty crowded! I expect it to be loaded this weekend, with fishermen and Crappie. It will be worth the fight if you are okay with crowds.

I was there 12 to 4 and managed 2 keepers. Not to start anything but the crowd fishing up there today was friendly and helpful. A little diff than gold creek on the weekends. In all was a good day on the water
