I would tie up a maribou jig with a pink head, pink body, and a white tail. #2 I would use a black body with a purple tail, but it would sure suck to only get to have two choices.

I use large tube baits like Southern Pro Umbrellas most of the time. If I had a second choice for deep water in winter (over 20' deep) I would use something hand tied like a Meatgetter's as it takes heavier jig to sink plastic tubes in real deep situations. What is your #1 and a back up if you could use only 2 baits? Remember I ask artifical baits no live bait options here.![]()

#1 would have to be a 2" Slab Slayer in electric chicken w/ 1/16th orange head. #2 for deep water 3" watsit jig black/purple w/ 1/4oz head.
