Default Minner Critters/CrappiePro Approved/Lake Nimrod Under water hazard/Tips

Guys if you like to troll you need to try some Minner Critters I have used these two colors on Lake Nimrod my last few trips and caught most of my bigger fish on the two colors in the pictures. I have noticed a little bigger than normal minnow tipped on the Minner Critter has been the bigger fish producer. Rig your trolling rods up with some of these with a little bigger minnow and you will catch bigger fish. The Minner Critter is the real deal and work well. Ill bet they would work really well under a slip bobber also. Here some pics of my trip from yesterday and pic's of recent catches from Lake Nimrod. Minner Critters are Crappie Pro approved and work really well in a trolling situation, so get ahold of Jerry from MeatGetter Jigs and order you a few especially if your going to Crappie Camp THIS FALL!!!.

Tip: Most of my better fishing almost alway's happens on the red bouy side, just line up the red bouy's on the main lake and troll or verticle jig cover you find along the main river drop off. I have also noticed that most bouys either red or green have cover placed around them and just about all of them will produce at least a few fish, and don't count out the green bouy side it also holds fish.

Under Water Hazard!!!: As you go into or come out of the west end river Mouth. Make sure you are motoring in the river channel. As you motor into or come out of the mouth of the river and it widens the first high bank cove has a large rock or rock hump that comes up and will flat tear your prop or lower unit up. The harard is out off the bank and not far off the main river channel and is just left of the cove as you face it from your boat. It is also out far enough in open water where one would think you can run wide open. Be Careful!!!. I know it's there cos I hit it yesterday and want to get the word out to others who will be fishing Lake Nimrod. Thankfully I was going slow to fish the cove when i hit it and the damage consisted of nothing more than a little fileing and spray paint to fix my prop. But hit this thing full speed and you will be cussing. LOL

Dang CP hate to hear that. I'm hauling rocks when not sinking brush. You ran across what used to be a island. There are Indian artifacts found there but better steer clear as the water drops.

Thanks Jerry, I love the bent upright red hook you use and its the right size for large medium, or smaller minnows. It really makes the minnow look more attractive in the water. WTG!!! on a fine product.

I don't think I've ever seen Minner Critters. Where can I buy them.
