Lake Conway update

Guys with the continued lack of precipitation Lake Conway is continuing to drop, it is getting into the extremely dangerous catagory for as far as navigation, most of the boat lanes have just as many stumps in them as out of the lanes. Fishing is still good but the travel is getting more dangerous with each passing day.Exercise great caution if you venture out to Lake Conway in the coming days, weeks, or maybe even months. Wear your PFD's and always use your kill switch hook ups. I was told last weekend that the wildlife officer that usually takes care of patrolling Lake Conway actually knocked his outboard off his boat when he hit a stump in the middle of a boat lane and had to call for someone to haul him back to the launch ramp, this is just what I was told. He has been on the lake for the last 3 or 4 weekends in a row. If you are going to Lake Conway and you plan on running your boat for all it has, pay you insurance up so that you aint out the full amount for repairs.
