Fished a little closer to homeI

I fished the $6.00 hole yesterday because its closer to home (45 miles). I trolled it till 12:00 and had the chute all to myself. I think I will like the weekday fishing when I retire. The water level was 2-3 foot low and 5' was the deepest water. Crappie and gar were holding at 3-4 foot. Trolled single jigs with split shot above it on most rods. I took a pic of the hot jig for the day. It is a meatgetter #258 and with the gar party I will need to order a dozen. The full moon made for a good day of fishing.
