That's good to know, i'm planning on going up there next weekend. Were you fishing brush or trolling? I hear there's a lot of stake beds in there too.

went north of the landing where the lake goes into some kind of back water and fished about 4-5ft down in about 5-6 of water. right down the middle of that thing. used jigs. we caught some, it was a slow day, but brought home enough for supper.

Did u have trouble with slime on ur jigs? I usually like fishing tht lake but earlier this year I couldn't keep it off my jigs and it was very aggravating
