    Lightbulb Attention NWA fisherman...

If you are anywhere in the general area close to Beaver Lake or Tablerock Lake, please let me know. I am thinking about trying to get together a fishing club, something that maybe once or twice a year we can meet and do some fishing, maybe even trade or share tips and advise. I am no pro by any means, but I would like to gain some knowledge and maybe see some of these baits I here about that I never have any luck with. I am sure it's my technique, but any suggestions are welcome. Seems the crappie really slowed down on Beaver, but then picked back up for me in the last few days with the warm weather....not typical of the patterns I've seen in years past? What do you think? Anybody even remotely interested in this? I would consider it somewhat of a Crappie Camp if that makes sense...let me know, thanks.....

    Default Border Lakes

I would be interested in a Border Lake Crappie club.
Border Lakes = Norfork Lake, Bull Shoals Lake, Taneycomo & Table Rock Lake.

Duane, that sounds excellent...we could do that for sure...I would say Talbe Rock lake would be a GREAT meeting point. I have fished Bull Shoals and the others, but not Table Rock. Do you know of anyone else interested? Have you ever been involved in a Crappie Club? I have not, so any suggestions welcome, maybe you could help me get it off the ground? Thanks

I might be interested if I can find time. I don't get to venture much past Beaver either. I work another job as well as guideing and being at ball practice for the kids. My plate has been full! But I'd help out the best I could with advice and even going out on days I'm not so busy. Sounds like a good time I agree 100%!

That sounds good Jason...I know what you mean about the time, I don't even have kids and I am just suffocating with no spare time. I believe if we even got a small group of 5 or 6 guys and 3 or 4 boats together, we could make this small group into something really really fun for years to come. I would just love to bring a few "less fortunate" kids out and show them some good crappie fishing ... that would be a blast.... Jason, I think it's safe to say as far as Beaver Lake goes you are probably the Expert, I would not say I am THAT far behind you, but I know that you years ahead of me....so I am anxious to maybe get out there and see what you do. Don't have to worry about me stealing any business if anything I can give you plenty of business from my friends/family....let me know....thanks, Caleb
